Associate Trainer and Facilitator; Crisis Communications Specialist
Rod Cartwright is an associate of Polpeo, and one of our specialist crisis trainers. He heads up Rod Cartwright Consulting, a strategic communication consultancy working with agencies and in-house teams to deliver personal communication preparedness and organisational resilience.
He has particular expertise in issues management, crisis communication, executive training and leadership communication. He has provided counsel across food & beverage, healthcare & wellbeing, consumer electronics, extractive industries, professional & business services and aviation & transportation, among many sectors.
This has included being a key part of the three-person team advising the Chairman and CEO, of Malaysia Airlines in the months following the disappearance of Flight MH370 and on the subsequent restructuring of the airline.
He brings a 25-year global PR agency pedigree – working for market leaders including Ketchum (Global Corporate Practice Director), Text100 (EMEA Regional Director), Hill & Knowlton Strategies (Director) and GCI (Director). Rod is a Fellow of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA).
